You’ll quite often find, that your client hits a blockage and finds it difficult to identify any ‘workable’ actions to move forward.
As a Coach, it can sometimes be difficult not to lead, when we can see a clear opportunity for growth, but the Client doesn’t.
So, rather than providing them with the ideas we see (and thereby possibly influencing the Client using our own values and beliefs), we can help them discover answers on their own.
This tool helps them to move past their blocks, by softly bringing their awareness to new opportunities.
This then helps them to come to their own conclusions, by softly bringing their awareness to new opportunities.
By asking the structured questions, your Client will naturally become aware of things that were unconsciously holding them back before.
Simply work your way through each of the four sections, asking as many, or as few of the questions in each category as necessary.
